The Business/Communication Analyst will help to ensure that all client relationships and technical issues are addressed professionally, timely and effectively.  You will provide project management and, as needed, implementation for clients.

 

Responsibilities:Work with the Professional Services team to support clients ? and in some cases owning customer relationshipsAnalyze customer call program results and make recommendations on how to improve programsManage customer data processesDevelop scripting for communicating with patients/membersBecome proficient in utilizing Silverlink?s software tools

 

Skills/Experience:

? BA or BS in Business or Technical fields

? 1+ years business or healthcare experience

? Experienced in and comfortable with customer interaction

? Detail oriented

? Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint

? Database skills helpful

? Spanish fluency helpful

? Able and willing to travel up to 5%-10%
