Business Phone Banker

Job Description: Wells Fargo is excited to announce this excellent opportunity within our Business Phone Bank! We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and grow within our company.

A Business Phone Banker learns about Wells Fargo customers, banking products, services, operating systems and culture. You'll use your knowledge to resolve customer inquiries regarding complex and routine financial services and banking transactions.
A Business Phone Banker's typical day includes: answering calls in an inbound business banking call center; communicating with business customers and other bankers extensively; researching information online utilizing multiple software programs; resolving challenging inquiries; referring customers to different specialists within Wells Fargo; promoting Wells Fargo products and services in the form of sales referrals and goals.


Minimum Qualifications: -Previous customer service and sales experience
-Positive, friendly attitude
-Articulate speaker with excellent interpersonal skills
-Individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, highly structured environment
-Ability to multitask and access multiple software systems simultaneously


Preferred Skills: -Previous banking or financial services experience
