Enterprise Processing Services (EPS), a unit of Fidelity Investments' Operations Group provides products and services to all Fidelity business units. EPS offers a full range of composition, imaging, purchasing, publishing, fulfillment and distribution capabilities for incoming and outgoing customer correspondence. Strategic alliances and price negotiations with external partners enable EPS to extend service capabilities and processing capacity to meet Fidelity's growing needs. Utilizing state-of-the-art facilities and advanced technology, EPS helps Fidelity effectively communicate with customers.

 

The EPS Business Process Improvement Department designs, develops and implements process improvement systems that integrate audit data and processes to drive optimal business performance. The role of Process Improvement Manager is to provide expertise in the development of process controls and root cause analysis for the process improvement program.

 

Key Elements for Success...

 Lead a team to support the tactical business product audit performance assessment and root cause analysis program.Provide data and analysis to operations and management on establishing improvement programs.Provide knowledge leadership on current and new measurement and audit practices and thinking. Facilitate cross-functional projects that promote process improvement.

 

Certified Quality Engineer or Equivalent Degree EPS/Fidelity Business Knowledge, a plus.Working knowledge of Process Engineering methodology (using Advanced Quality tools such as FMEAs, CTQ, SPC, etc.) required. Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred or 10+ years equivalent business experience required. Exceptional computer skills with proficiency in Minitab, Excel, Access,
