CompUSA's Business Service Sales Division is currently looking for a Business Sales Representative (Inside Sales Representative) to be part of our highly successful sales organization in Alexandria. Not only are we the place where America Buys Technology, our Business Sales Division, is where Businesses find Solutions.
We are currently seeking applicants for our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for those who have more than one years experience in computer sales, audio/video sales, technology sales, consultative business to business, retail electronics or outbound phone sales (telemarketing).
Skills and Qualifications:
? Able to maintain a minimum call volume of 50 consultative calls per day, resulting in at least 20 new contacts per day
? Proven track record of achieving goals and objectives in a sales or telemarketing environment
? Excellent oral and written communication skills
? Possess a strong core set of values, honesty, integrity, loyalty, trustworthiness and highly ethical
? Good business instincts and judgment
? 1-2 years of Inside Sales experience, experience handling Corporate and Federal Government accounts and familiarity with contracts
? Access or Excel report creation and analysis,
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
? Basic math competency, and
? Contact management software experience ideal
? Internet savvy and some experience with technologies, systems and MS Office Suite
? Network and cabling sales a plus
? Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
? Strong analytical skills with strong detail orientation
? Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly and adapt to change
? Professional attitude and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
? Ability to communicate with various business contacts in a courteous and professional manner
? Must be a team player able to work in a team environment
The Inside Sales Representative must be aggressive, enthusiastic, motivated and eager to help grow our business. The Inside Sales Representative should be excited by the sales and development challenge, as well as able to handle rejection. A propensity for teamwork, an entrepreneurial spirit, high energy level and the ability to prioritize and manage several responsibilities simultaneously are essential to the position. The Inside Sales Representative should also be extremely detail-oriented and well organized
