As a recovery specialist you will organize and prioritize work cycle to most effectively collect overdue payments on past due invoices.

Duties and Responsibilities:


Review delinquent account records and contact customers to collect overdue payments

 

Organize collection work cycle according to degree and amount of delinquency and prepare accounts for collection activity


Prepare and mail collection letters or place calls to collect overdue balances


Conduct collection activities in a team-based format for difficult accounts


Verify accuracy of account information and prepare necessary accounts for third party placement, or legal 

 

Recommends accounts for legal action against debtors.

 

Assist with processing documents


Prepare requests for payment extensions for review and approval


Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:


2-3 years collections and/or customer service experience


Computer literate


Excellent oral and written communication skills

Hours: Monday-Friday, DaysPay based on experience starting salary can be up to $15hr.
