DATA MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR



Description:

Donor Services Group Direct is looking for an experienced call center data management supervisor to join out team at our beautiful mid-Wilshire location. This team is responsible for charitable organization campaign managment to include preping data for fundraising calls, filtering data, script maintenance and account analysis. Our ideal candidate has good technical skills, database knowledge, campaign management experience, SQL knowledge helpful as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure. This is a full-time position with some weekend work required.



Job Qualifications:

1-2 years of related call center experience

Able to work well within a team environment and independently

Outstanding communication and motivational skills are critical

Quick learning abilities ? training is provided

SQL, HTML and understanding of fundraising
