CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

Call Center/Customer Service Clerks needed!!

Hours are usually 9-6, M-F, business casual dress code, resume/interview.

Must have 6 months previous call center experience!!

Answering incoming calls, fulfilling research requests, process requests, send/retrieve faxes, maintaining adequate records. Must have excellent verbal, written, and listening skills. Good time management skills as well as good judgment skills.

Ability to work well under pressure with short deadlines, must be a team player and have a positive attitude!

Job is located in Kearny Mesa. Local candidates need only apply!

Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
