CALL CENTER SUPERVISOR

School Loans Corporation is a growing financial services firm located in Westwood specializing in the technological development, marketing implementation and customer service of federal education loans for students, parents and college graduates.  We private label loan products and market them to customers on behalf of various banks, corporate sponsors and alliance partners.

 

We are seeking a talented and energetic individual to oversee our growing call center staff.  Candidate will have excellent analytic and communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and will be responsible for:

 

? Supervising teams of customer service and call back agents engaged in providing a variety of loan processing services to SLC?s diverse customer base.

? Handling and resolving difficult, complex or sensitive customer problems

? Providing team building, coaching and employee empowerment

? Quality Assurance

? Implementing and monitoring work plans and shifts to achieve monthly service standards

 

Other Skills:

? Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook

? Knowledge of office administrative practices and human resources procedures are a plus

 

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of call center or sales experience and proven leadership ability.  Experience in a financial services setting is highly desirable.
