Job Responsibilities:

 

The incumbent coordinates and maintains the set-up and processing of COBRA administration.

 

Nature and Scope

ProcessWorks, Inc. administers Section 125 flex spending accounts and defined contribution health plans, COBRA, retiree billing, health reimbursement arrangements, Section 105 medical reimbursement plans and Section 132(f) transit and parking benefits.  The company offers the highest level of customer service and the most advanced administration capabilities available.  Its Internet and other ahead-of-the-industry technologies help employers and employees alike save valuable time and money.  ProcessWorks, Inc. is a full-service firm offering implementation, enrollment, administration and compliance services.

Assign IssueView/ Email Notifications
Fax Reinstatements/Terminations (due within 1 day of processing)
Back up to phone
Other job duties as may be assigned





Job Qualifications:
Display high level of confidence when responding to phone inquiries.
Basic knowledge of English for reading, writing and mathematical skills, generally equivalent to a high school diploma.
Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative required.
Strong verbal communications skills are required.
Proven ability to handle all eligibility related inquiries with ease.
Exhibit advanced job knowledge and quality customer service skills.
Some overtime is required in order to meet scheduled deadlines.
