Under limited supervision, contacts delinquent customers 1-30 days to effectively resolve complex issues regarding past due payments while minimizing company losses.

Responsibilities involve high-volume telephone contact with customers to arrange payments, discuss resolution options and determine plan for resolution. For 1-30 day delinquencies- responsibilities will include working on
outbound calls from an automated dialer system to collector mortgage payments.
Candidate should have excellent oral and written communications skills and 0-5 years of related experience.
Familiarity with FDCPA laws and bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Candidate should be flexible to work weekend
and/or evening hours



Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 0-5 years collections experience or customer service background, typing skills 35+wpm, Bilingual
in Spanish preferred
