JOB DESCRIPTION: This strong Customer Service Representative will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing accounts within a team environment by providing the very best care for our valued customers. Daily activities include receiving and dispatching service requests, follow ups, writing proposals, and communicating/updating corporate headquarters.
The right candidate for this position will have a background in a similar type role or exposure to a high call volume complexed servicing. He/she will also possess high energy levels and have a 'can do' approach, have outstanding customer service skills and truly enjoy dealing with people/customers. This person will also enjoy working in a team environment, and be target and goal driven, have an inquisitive nature and be willing and able to learn a wide variety of skills and products.
The ideal candidate for this opportunity will possess the following skills:
Computer literacy and able to type a minimum of 45+ wpm Professional verbal and written communication skills Organizational abilities and attention to detail Multi-tasked individual who can prioritize their work Negotiation and problem solving skills Able to handle high pressure in a very fast-paced environment Sales/negotiating skills Able to develop and nurture strong business relationships
Metro Door Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits program which includes, medical, dental, life insurance, 401K with employer contribution, vacation and sick pay. The salary range for this position is $30,000-$38,000 based on previous experience.
