CRC - Account Representative

CITY: Milwaukee STATE: Wisconsin COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
*Responsible for driving the overall execution of GE Healthcare Clinical Systems OTR (Order To Remittance) processes (order entry, scheduling, backlog management, changes, invoicing, etc.) for assigned regions.
* Works closely with regional OTR teams, manufacturing & scheduling to provide support for technical and process related issues.
*Proactively resolve & escalate issues across functions regarding material availability etc. to meet customer commitments and GE Healthcare Clinical systems orders, sales, and receivables targets. *Manage manufacturing, and logistics schedules for on time delivery of multi-sourced instrument and system orders.
*Leverage e-Tools to support on-time delivery to customers and communications to the field.
*Create OTR processes to facilitate & support the integration of new products and businesses.

Qualifications/Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field(or a High School diploma/GED and at least 3 years experience in customer service or field support operations)
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
*Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
