CS/Inside Sales

 

International OEM Anaheim based Company looking for experienced Customer Service/Inside Sales person.  This position is responsible for ensuring that all customer Po?s, quotes, correspondence, and customer contact are serviced with timeliness, accuracy and courtesy.  Assisting direct and indirect Sales staff as needed or required.  Ensuring that customer?s information is correct and complete, i.e., blueprints have the correct rev., pricing and delivery dates are correct.  Maintaining all customer files, logs, and correspondence according to  guidelines.  Expediting, re-scheduling, following up with customer?s requests, assisting the customer is priority.  Assisting with coverage within the department, and receptionist area as needed or required.  Providing internal and external customers with the highest level of professional service.

 

Requires excellent communication skills with professional phone voice, up beat and always courteous. Will require detail and accuracy in daily tasks. Must have Excel, Word knowledge. Needs to have experience working in a manufacturing environment. OEM/Contract Manufacturing background a big Plus.  Must be multi-task oriented, and be pro active in problem solving/decision making.  Teamwork and continuous process improvement is required.
