Job Description

You will respond to customer needs in an inbound Call Center environment using existing computer tools and software systems. You will need to draw upon an increasing knowledge of the business and processes to develop optimal solutions to customer issues.

Minimum Candidate Attributes
One year of customer service experience in a Call Center environment.
