To help us continue driving their business forward, our client is in search of experienced, top-tier CSR/ Admin to join their team in Newark, CA.

This is a 1 month contract position and the pay for this position is based on a competitive market rate and interested candidates will submit their pay expectations. 

Job Description:

 Provides product and services configurations, quotes, and technical information.Submit Customer Requests for Service Contract changes.Maximizes selling opportunities by probing, qualifying, up-selling and cross-selling.Responsible for the account management/maintenance aspect of the customer relationship. Develops a strong relationship with new and existing accounts.Point of reference for the field sales teams on product information, service, renewals and warranty information related to business processes, and internal applications.Enters pertinent customer information into CRM. Updates and expands customer profiles within an account.Handles 800 line inbound product and services inquiries.Works with the field sales team to promoteSun''s business initiatives and to enhance the customer''s knowledge of Sun''s products, programs, and services.Identifies and assists in the resolution of complex customer issues.Educates/informs customers and field sales reps of processes and procedures.
