CSR/Pickup Room

Broder Bros., Co. is currently looking for a Customer Service Rep / Pickup Room person.  This person will deliver total quality face to face customer service in addition to selling Broder merchandise through incoming telephone calls.  Utilizes product knowledge, explains merchandise, and takes customer orders.  Quotes prices and delivery dates, suggests selections that meet customer needs, and emphasizes selling points of articles such as quality and cost.  Also acts as cashier. Will perform other special projects as requested.  Hours are M-F 10:15am ? 7:15pm.

 

DUTIES OF THE JOB

 

1.  Assist customers in the pick-up room and handle in-bound customer calls in an expedient, courteous and friendly manner.

 

2.  Perform cashiering duties and process necessary paperwork to complete customer pick-up orders.

 

3.  Explain Broder merchandise and try to persuade customers to buy our products.

 

4.  Compile and enter data, using computer.

 

5.  Quote prices and delivery dates.

 

6.  Take orders for merchandise and prepare corresponding paperwork.

 

7.  Place outgoing calls as needed to follow-up with customers.

 

8.  May be assigned to special projects as requested.

  REQUIRED SPECIAL SKILLS

 

1. Must possess excellent communication skills, both face to face and by phone.

 

2. Must be a detail oriented individual.

 

3. Must possess good organizational skills.

 

4. Must be able to handle multiple tasks.

 

5. Must possess strong data entry skills.

 

6.  Previous experience in catalog or retail sales is preferred.
