To provide exceptional customer service while scheduling auto glass replacements. Interact with insurance carriers and agencies; process insurance billing, PC and data entry proficiency, a professional, confident phone manner with attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast paced setting are a must. Pre-employment background check and drug testing are required.

Essential Duties:

? Consistently meet and frequently exceed customers? expectations of excellent service.

? Provide and renegotiate discount rates to new and existing customers.

? Enter orders into the computer system.

? Establish new customers within the company?s database.

? Communicate with outside sales team on the status of orders, problems/issues with customers, etc.

? Adhere to company and departmental policies and procedures.

? Act on behalf of Customer Service Supervisor during absence.

? Perform other duties as directed or required.

Experience/Education Requirements

? High School diploma

? Associates Degree preferred but not required.

? Two to five years of telephone and or/face to face customer service experience.

Skills and Attributes

? Effective written and verbal English communication skills.

. Fluency in Spanish a plus but not required.

? Ability to use a computer and a variety of software packages.

? Ability to use a calculator, fax, and copy machine.

? Excellent problem solving skills.

? Ability to follow standard operating procedures

? Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

? Detail oriented, well organized, and effective time management skills.

? Basic math skills.

? Ability to handle stress and constant interruptions.

? Ability to respond positively to crisis situations.

? Must be able to interact with all levels of staff.

? Must be able to maintain positive vendor relationships.

? Eligibility to work in the United States is also required.

TeleGlass National is a 24/7 call center for auto glass claims.  Candidates must be willing to work 2nd and 3rd shifts as well as weekend hours. 

 

We currently have morning and afternoon positions available.  Candidates must be willing to work weekends.
