CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE

Duties and Responsibilities include the following: 

?  Manages customer orders from Purchase Order through Shipping to customer, all with the goal of delivering legendary customer care.

?  Proactively communicates with customers concerning all aspects of customer orders.

?  Develops and maintains effective customer communications by managing the customer?s expectations through use of negotiation, persuasion, diplomacy and clear communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and improvement in customer retention.

?  Works effectively with individuals at all levels of the company concerning all aspects of customer orders.

?  Works effectively with printing industry suppliers.

?  Adjusts complaints concerning billing or services rendered. 

?  Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

 

Requirements:

?  Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience.

?  5+ years experience in a customer service role and experience handling large complex projects.

?  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

?  Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills highly organized and detail oriented. 

?  Knowledge of graphic arts, book production, paper grades, and bindery operations are preferred.
