CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

The Customer Service Representative is an entry level position in Customer Service and responsible for starting to establish and maintain customer business relationships which provide total customer satisfaction and increase sales. Independently or as a team member, investigates and resolves customer issues (delivery, price, quality, product and tooling information, etc.). May require assistance from Team Leader for problem resolution. Works under immediate supervision. Influences customer business decisions.

High School required. AA degree preferred/equivalent experience. Organizational: Time management, ability to maintain progress on multiple tasks, ability to set priorities. Customer focused, effective listener, excellent communication and telephone skills, interrelationship skills, team player, persuasive, risk taker, excellent decision making and problem solving ability. Must be flexible and adaptable to changing conditions and possess selling skills. Positive and professional attitude a must. PC proficient. SAP experience required.
