CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTER MANAGER

CARTHAGE, MISSOURI

 

Precious Moments is seeking an energetic, talented person to manage a high volume customer service call center in Carthage, MO.  We handle calls from retailers purchasing products for their stores, individuals purchasing from our mail order catalogs, and from members of our two Collector?s Clubs. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operational, service administration and strategic planning for the customer service center.

 

Responsibilities for this hands-on position include:Managing all customer service center operationsOverseeing the order management processTracking call handling metrics and order entry statistics, ensuring compliance with departmental objectivesEnsuring overall customer satisfaction, including the prompt response to inquiries related to orders and shipment status and working with field sales representatives and other internal and external contactsEnsuring a positive and productive call center environmentEffectively managing a solid team, including direct daily supervision and of coaching of assistant managers, supervisors, major account reps, and CSR?sManaging of departmental budgetOther duties as assigned.

 

The qualified candidate will

? Have at least 5 years of extensive direct customer service management experience, specific call center and business to business experience preferred.

? Have a Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent work experience

? Have a strong customer service focus

? Have strong verbal and written communication and telephone skills

? Be able to multi-task, prioritize and respond with appropriate sense of urgency

? Be exceptionally detail oriented with excellent organization skills

? Have experience planning, supervising and evaluating the work of others

? Have solid computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office

? Be able to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact
