CUSTOMER SERVICE-CAREER OPPORTUNITY!!

Safelite Group, the leading manufacturer, distributor and provider of after-market automotive glass and related services, is currently seeking a Customer Service oriented individuals with great communication & typing skills for our  Sacramento, CA service center.

SUMMARY
The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary liaison between the local market and Safelite?s customers.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
? Handle incoming customer calls and questions, customer service issues, warranties,  price quotes from agents and adjusters, job status inquiries, and same day reschedules/cancellations of service work orders.
? Monitors, verifies accuracy of, and corrects (as necessary) work orders downloaded  from our corporate call center.
? Performs appointment confirmation calls.
? Performs customer call aheads.
? Performs customer courtesy call backs

? Dispatch Support for Field Representatives, Routing & Scheduling
? Handles invoicing, daily close-out procedures, daily bank deposit.
? Processes credit memos and resolves billing issues.
? Maintains store files (time records, work orders, inventory documents).
? Reviews service work orders for accuracy.
? Assists Account Managers in setting up and servicing accounts.
? Handles all telephone calls and workflow activities pertaining to commercial work.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Must be able to operate a computer and telephone system, sit for extended periods of time.
* Pleasant voice, positive attitude, clear diction, composure when working with customer concerns and issues, ability to ?multi-task?, and must be dependable and prompt.

* Must be willing to work Saturdays

 

PREFERENCES: 

Understanding of basic store opening, closing and invoicing procedures, ability to apply selling techniques over the phone, and glass industry experience is not required.  We are happy to train the right person!
