CUSTOMER SERVICE CORRESPONDENT

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

High level of attention to detail and good organizational skills

Clerical experience

Computer skills that include Microsoft Word, Excel, and  Outlook.

Able to handle customers and reps with patience and respect.

Able to handle high volume of incoming calls

Excellent verbal and writing skills

Experience with international shipments a plus

Bi-lingual a plus

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Enter new orders in to business system.

Obtain necessary data to process and ship orders, such as prepayments, L/C's, mode of shipment,

change orders, coordinate with planners, etc.

Interact with Finance Dept.

Balance bookings and close for each month.

Manage RGA and Field Problems

Various clerical duties

Manage multiple priority tasks

Good oral and writing skills

 

EXPERIENCE:

 

Two years customer service or related experience working with others in a dynamic environment; order entry along with some shipping/receiving/inventory experience.

 

EDUCATION:

 

2 year associate degree or equivalent.
