SIT 'N SLEEP, your mattress superstore, has a great opportunity in our BRAND NEW Gardena Corporate Headquarters.  We are looking for a strong CUSTOMER SERVICE person to support our Spanish-speaking customer base.  Bilingual is required.

JOB SUMMARY

 

Processes invoices.  Resolves delivery discrepancies in reference to issues with quality of the product or incomplete deliveries.  Assists sales staff with various order issues, i.e. order changes, customer inquires, delivery dates.  Acts as advocate with contracted trucking company.  Processes exchange request and updates reports regarding status of orders.

 

GENERAL DUTIES

 

 Processes invoices and delivery shipping tickets and enters into computer.

 

 Contacts customers as needed to schedule deliveries and/or to address any concerns that may be noted on the shipping document

 

 Process exchange requests for defective, warranty or comfort exchanges 

 

EXPERIENCE

 

 High school diploma

 Able to work weekends and holidays

 Good written and verbal skills 

 Detail-oriented

 At least one year experience in Customer Service Call-Center

 Previous retail or manufacturing experience a plus

 Proven problem-solving ability

 Bilingual
