 Manager - Customer Service (Internal Division):  The Manager - Customer Service Internal Division is responsible for managing, planning and developing the operations and maintenance of all internal sections of the Customer Service Department including the Call Center, Billing, Remittance Processing, all SAWS Customer Service Centers and Revenue Protection.  The Manager-Customer Service works under limited supervision.  Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Management or related field, six years' experience in Call Center, Communications Centers or other Customer Service functions including three years' experience in working in a management or supervisory capacity, proficiency in the use and application of various computer software packages, a strong functional understanding of call center terminology, billing functions technology and process.  This position also requires two years experience with PBX/ACD systems, Voice Over IP, and other voice recording technologies.  A Master's Degree in Business, Management or related field and a strong background in accounts receivable management is preferred. The salary range for this grade 33 position is $4,150-$6,225/month.Executive Management Analyst - The Executive Management Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting group and corporate strategic and tactical initiatives through analysis and subsequent recommendations to executive management.  The Executive Management Analyst works under limited supervision.  Minimum requirements for this position include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Public Administration or related field, five years' experience performing management and business analysis tasks, conducting research, preparing and delivering presentations and reports, coordinating multiple and complex activities, and proficiency in computer software including word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation, financial and research software. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in conducting root cause analysis and experience in leading continuous improvement activities. The salary range for this grade 34 position is $4,648 - $6,972/mo.
