CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR - MANAGER

You must be a team leader with excellent communication skills. You must have experience dealing with both the Retail customer and the end consumer. You must have a strong understanding of problem solving. You must be able to define the problem, measure its impact and analyze the underlying causes. You must be able to come up with methods to improve, set in place written controls and follow up to make sure they are working and continue to work.  You must be a positive person who can stay positive under the most trying situations and be able to inspire those around you to do the same.

 

Qualifications

?  5 plus years customer service experience 2 or more as supervisor

?  Experience managing people/systems in a team based high pressure environment

?  Identify problem areas and make recommendations for improvement.

?  Be able to instruct and train your staff to foster an environment that constantly looks to improve, speed up the timely positive response to all customers? problems.

?  Analyze all issues, identify trends and work with other departments in the company to come up with solutions and controls to help reduce or eliminate the trend.
