CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT REP III

Interacts with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. Determines the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules. May schedule field service repair calls. Handles requests for additional company materials. Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes and product pricing, and resolves return credit problems.
SKILL: Has substantial understanding of the job, and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
JOB COMPLEXITY: Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
SUPERVISION: Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments.
EXPERIENCE: Typically requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience.
