Our Camarillo based financial transaction processing company has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Customer Support professional to work in our 24/7 Call Center. This is a dynamic position with responsibilities that include:

Assisting On-line merchants with processing and statement reconciliation

Providing voice authorization for major retailers

Performing other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Two years Call Center or banking experience

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Excellent phone manners

Must be willing to work evenings and rotating weekends if required.

Credit card and check processing experience is a plus.
