Call Center Account Manager

As an Inbound Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and processing orders via telephone or internet. Your main objective is to check orders for accuracy and ensure timely order processing to meet delivery dates.  You will have the ability to build relationships with corporate clients while ensuring customer satisfaction.  Come and join an exciting team, and be a part of our casual yet comfortable work environment.

Requirements:

? One year of customer service and/or direct sales experience

? Excellent customer service and negotiation skills

? Computer, data entry, and organizational skills a must

? Ability to type 30 wpm

? Organized and detail oriented

? Ability to mulitask

? Must be highly motivated, and demonstrate outstanding verbal, written, listening, and interpersonal skills (Previous call center experience or phone sales experience a plus)!
