Positions are available for individuals who have previous experience in a call center environment.

Job Overview
Handle incoming or outgoing calls as delegated from the department management to include driver assistance, MAP/Collision and License and Title product calls. Assist in meeting and exceeding the department goals for Average Speed of Answer (ASA), average talk time, abandon rate, after call work (ACW) and auxiliary time (AUX). Process customer requests and ensure customer satisfaction. Handle 80% of work on first contact from internal and external customers.


Responsibilities
Must be able to interpret and follow up on various issues and tasks concerning L&T, fuel, ordering quoting used vehicles, destination of factory deliveries, insurance, purchasing, collision reporting, violations, client policies, manufacture topics and issuing maintenance purchase orders, as well as setting up rentals and emergency roadside assistance. Must be able to encourage and maintain a positive working attitude and work towards team, department and organizational goals. Must be able to handle difficult and demanding situations in a satisfactory manner. Will have to make on the spot quick and accurate decisions for such issues as: ordering, quotes, tracing of vehicles, data changes and emergency situations. Should be able to work with other operating areas to successfully service the driver and clients needs. Must be able to successfully execute and deliver a high quality over the phone.
