Call Center - Bi-Lingual Mortgage CSR

Flagstar Bank is looking for Customer Service Representatives to work in our Customer Relationship Management Department at our Troy headquarters. 

The CSR will be responsible for handling mortgage and loan related questions generated by customers from across the country.  The ideal candidate will need to provide the customer with a clear understanding of all technical aspects of loan related questions and services. The challenge for the CSR will be to meet and exceed customer satisfaction levels. 

This position requires the employee possess a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, the ability to problem solve and perform loan related mathematical equations.

 

1. Must be fluent in Spanish to help assist in bi-lingual phone calls. 
2. Customer service or Call Center experience.
3.  Mortgage related experience preferred.
4.  Computer skills required: Microsoft office suite, e-mail (Lotus Notes or Outlook) and the ability to navigate the Internet.
5.  Ability to operate in a paperless work environment.
6.  Ability to operate in several computer programs simultaneously.
