Currently we are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to work in our Mableton Customer Fulfillment Center Monday-Friday from 9:00am-6:00pm including one Saturday per month. Ideal candidates must have 2 plus years of experience working in an ACD Inbound/Outbound Call Center. A High School Deploma with one year of industrial tool experience preferred. Good oral and written communication skills required.This position is key to helping is meet same day shipment to our boss " the customer". The ideal candidate will have responsibility of:

Answering inbound call to sell MSC products accordance with MSC Customer Service Standards
Resolves customer product and service issues by providing sales-related solutions untilizing common and laternative sources of information.
Generate additional sales by upselling various related products
Address questions centered around but not limited to: Billing, Credit, Collections, Shipping and Retention

MSC offers Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) w/match, Employee Stock Purchase, Vacation, Sick, LT/ST Disability
