Call Center Customer Service Representative
We are a Wholesale Distributor located in the northern part of Cincinnati near I-75 & I-275. We have been in business thirty years and have seven branches throughout the Midwest. We offer pleasant working conditions in a moderate size, fast paced office. We take pride in providing a family type atmosphere. You will work side by side with people you can trust and respect.
We are looking for a full time responsible person with at least five years of experience in data entry, in a call center environment. You will assist customers over the phone in the selection of products, and resolving problems.
As part of our Customer Service Team, you will be challenged to meet a high standard of performance and have the opportunity to be rewarded with competitive pay and great benefits.

Specific duties include:
- Determining order requirements by working with customers to understand job details and ensure proper product selection.
- Answering inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching; and consulting product or shipping managers when necessary.
- Resolving problems by clarifying and tracking issues.
- Updating product knowledge and job skills by participating in internal training.
Qualifications
- 5 or more years experience in Order Entry.
- Responsible and punctual, with a reliable attendance history.
- Accuracy and attention to detail a must.
- Able to interact with customers in a professional, helpful manner.
- Team player, committed to the organization's success and willing to go the extra mile for our customers and other team members.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Comfortable working with ?data entry? and basic office software.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment Drug Screening and Criminal Background Check.
