Call Center - Customer Service and Inbound Sales

We're hiring for Call Center positions for DELL Computers in the Round Rock area! We need Customer Service reps AND Inbound Sales Reps.

 

 

1. Call Center - Customer Service/Call Directors

 

Description:

 

First line of contact for Dell customers on the phones.

 

Takes basic information and routes calls to correct source, needs basic technical aptitude to be able to route calls correctly with little training, previous call center experience is needed, good communication skills both oral and written, problem solving abilities as calls may be complex in scope.

 

Accountabilities:

 

Field inbound customer calls, Focuses on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards, interpret customer's problem, collect basic information from customers, follow protocols to route customers to correct agents

 

Experience: Ideal applicant will have 6-12 months of relevant experience

 

There are 3 schedules currently open and availability will vary. 

 

1st Shift - 7am-3pm 

2nd Shift- 3pm-11pm

3rd Shift-11pm-7am

 

Compensation starts at $12.50/Hour

 

 

 

Inbound Sales Representatives

 

This position will also be located in Round Rock.  Sales Representatives handle inbound customer sales calls for Computers, Peripherals, Electronics and Software.

 

Accountabilities:

 

Focuses on passionate delivery of a positive and rewarding customer experience according to Dell standards.



 

Queue/Transactional focuses on fielding in-bound sales calls and efficiently completing/closing the sale; all must effectively utilize Dell tools and work closely with the necessary resources to meet sales objectives.

 

All candidates must have minimum of 6 months experience in a sales position (retail is ok) and score well on the AON skills assessment test.

 

Must have good typing and data entry skills, familiarity with Internet Explorer and Outlook.  Looking for full-time associates with a variety of schedules.

 

Compensation starts at $12.00/hour plus commission.

 

Available work schedules will vary week to week.

 

 

Requirements for both positions:

 

Overtime is required when needed.  Flexibility is a must!

 

Must have a clear Criminal Background (no Felonies in last 7 years or Class A/B Mis. in last 5 years, no PENDING charges) This will be verified.

 

Pass a drug screen
Have reliable transportation
Be at least 18 years old
