GENERAL FUNCTION: Directly supervises eight (8) employees. The Call Center/Customer Support Manager will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. This position will also handle escalated customer service issues related to information technology products and services.

Responsibilities include: Interviewing, hiring, and training employees Planning, assigning, and directing work Appraising performance Rewarding and disciplining employees Addressing complaints and resolving problems Develops Process Procedure Documents, Training Programs, and Emergency procedures
Requirements: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior management experience Detail Oriented True Leadership ability Delegation skills Written communication skills Ability to take initiative and responsibility
