Call Center Logistics Professional summary:

A Fortune 500 Company has an immediate need for a call center logistics professional in Norfolk, VA for a 6-month contract position. Candidates must be able to start immediately. All candidates are required to pass an extensive criminal background check and drug test. Hours (generally, but could vary) - Mon- Fri 8a-5p or 9-6.

Call Center Logistics Professional is responsible for: Creating daily/weekly/monthly forecast to maintain service level for multiple centers. Monitoring and reforecasting as needed for inter/intraday changes. Providing timely schedule adjustments for unexpected volume changes and communicate to multiple centers. Analyzing call data statistics and identify trends for accurate forecasting. Providing effective analysis of force-to-load results to recommend corrective action to Resource Management teams in multiple centers. Providing centers with precise force requirements to minimize overtime, maintain service level objectives and maximize sold hours.

Requirements: Must have 2 yrs Call Center Forecasting - Call Center for DSL- experience. In depth knowledge of an industry standard scheduling system ? Aspect/TCS preferred. At least two years experience in a resource management or call center environment, preferably a repair-related type environment.
