Call Center Manager to $60k+ -

Job Description:
Terrific opportunity for a professional individual ready to move ahead with a progressive company. Candidate will be reporting directly to the EVP Operations, will be responsible for developing and maintaining a collections program for a growing company. The essential functions will manage the collection activity for a staff of 40+ employees, maintain daily,weekly and monthly production reports, thorough understanding of and ability to oversee the adherence to the FDCPA and all individual state laws, monitor and review supervisory and departmental performance, monitor and evaluate collectors performance, analyze batch tracking reports to determine the overall impact and take appropriate action and must be able to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This position requires 3 years minimum of collection management experience in a third party environment. Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Candidate must be very motivated, persistent and a self-starter. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
