Spherion, in partnership with a major mortgage company, is seeking professional and friendly call center representatives who are bilingual in English/Spanish for immediate openings in Irvine, CA. Candidates must meet the following requirements:

Requirements:

-Flexible to work any shift between 7am - 10pm, Monday through Sunday, 40 hours per week

-Bilingual English/Spanish

-At least 1 year experience in a call center or heavy phone based customer service position

-Comfortable upselling additional products

-Able to pass a criminal background check

Job Description:

-Inbound, outbound, and email customer service prequalifying potential customers for loans

-All warm leads

-Stable work shift

-Three weeks of paid training provided

-Long term temporary with potential to be hired by our client
