Call Center Reps-Several Immediate Contract Opportunites

Receives in-bound calls from customers requesting technical assistance or information about HP products or services.

 

MUST HAVE COMPUTER HELP DESK EXPERIENCE Up to 3 years

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greets, manages and routes HP callers; acts as focal point for caller inquiries, provides information on behalf of HP, responds to callers, questions, researches and provides information and routes/escalates to appropriate resource(s). Provides callers with the highest quality service and accuracy of referral on pre-sales and post-sales issues. Responsible for providing exceptional call management for field sales offices across the United States. This includes quickly, professionally, and courteously assessing the callers? needs. While on-line, utilizing multiple resources to ensure the next point of contact or information provided will address the callers? inquiry. Own and coordinate the process for keeping branch office information profiles up to date. Promote teamwork and cooperation. Help train and give guidance to other HP employees Utilize PC/Microsoft applications in data collection, correspondence, and profile documentation. Accesses Internet, email, and web sites to research information. Minimum Qualifications/Experience: Excellent verbal and auditory capabilities are required. Skilled in the use of personal computers, network connectivity, peripherals, and related software including word processing, spreadsheet, e-mail and Internet tools. Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, vendors, and HP personnel at all levels. Proficient in basic arithmetic, spelling, grammar and composition. Ability to handle time pressures, priorities, multitask and work with minimal supervision. Additional Qualifications: HP experience, College Degree, Bilingual, call center experience.
