Call Center Researcher / Mail Coordinator

 

 - This position will be responsible for making outbound information gathering calls and processing mail for the Western Group Sales Force of Centimark Corporation. This is a fast paced position ? candidates must be energetic and task minded to be considered.

 

Requirements:Must have solid communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to effectively interface with a wide range of potential customers and all levels of personnel while demonstrating patience, persistence and flexibility.Effective problem solving skills required.Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word Required.Experience or knowledge on how to operate Postage Machines and other office machines preferred.Typing at 25 to 30 WPM is REQUIRED.High school education or equivalent is required ? some college preferred 6 months or more of directly related customer service is preferred. Willingness to work well within a Team of Marketing Personnel is a must.Hours of operation are 9:00 am to 5:30pm. Position is Full ? Time at 35-40 hours per week.Position is qualified for Monthly Performance Bonus and Benefits.
