JOB DESCRIPTION

Reservation Agent- Provide reservations and up-sell travel and leisure opportunities to our customers worldwide. This position will allow our reservations agents the opportunity to help plan and execute our customers vacation and leisure plans in an exciting and growing Recreational Vehicle market.

 

* High school degree or equivalent

* Proven Sales experience in a service-oriented environment

* Call center experience a plus

* Demonstrative strong service and consultative skills

* Demonstrated computer proficiency.

* Demonstrated strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills

* Demonstrated ability and passion for Vacation Leisure industry

* Demonstrated ability to develop effective relationships and partnerships

* Demonstrated ability to work in a structured environment

* Ability to be flexible with work schedule.

REQUIREMENTS:

*Proven Sales or Service experience in a call center environment

* Demonstrated knowledge of Vacation or Hospitality Industry

* Demonstrated knowledge of the Travel Trade Industry

* Proven strong sales and closing skills and the ability to overcome objections.

* Proven ability to be comfortable with asking questions and explaining product options

* Proven ability to analyze complex Guest requirements, including special itinerary planning needs to provide an optimalELS experience

* Past reservations or sales experience preferred
