Rapid recent business growth has resulted in multiple openings for Operations Supervisors in our brand new Overland Park facility. These positions, focused on leading several teams of dynamic professionals in our state-of-the-art call center, offer plenty of job variety and advancement potential with a Fortune 100 healthcare leader.


 


Key responsibilities of the Operations Supervisor include:



Overseeing a team of 18 to 20 Customer Service Representatives in their efforts to answer calls regarding customer prescriptions


Handling performance management reviews for the team


Tracking staff attendance and monitoring their quality of work


Giving rewards and appropriate recognition when necessary


Facilitating the on-boarding process for new hires


Assisting the reps with escalated calls and caller issues



Supervisory experience in an inbound call center is required, as is solid attention to detail and basic math aptitude. A background in performance management, quality improvement and healthcare is preferred. Proficiency with MS Office applications is a must.
