Currently, we have an exciting opportunity for a Call Coordinator in our Durham, North Carolina office.


Responsible for processing client incidents in a timely and accurate manner while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and customer service.  Responsible for assisting clients with their needs, coordinating internal activities with product managers, sales associates, facilities management, and account executives.

 

Responsiblities include, but are not limited to the following:

 Answer inbound telephone calls from clients about Per-Se software.

? Document time spent assisting on calls and ensure documentation is clearly legible, concise and accurate in accordance with established procedures.Assist clients with Kiosk login.Run weekly and monthly statistic reports as requested by management.Assist with processing expense reports.Work with supervision to route issues to the appropriate resource or document all information received from the client.Operate multi-line phone system.Work across disciplines/departments of the business unit.Serve as ?point person? for preparing packets and facilitating communication to the client base.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 Must have 2 years of experience in customer service. Must have excellent communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.Must have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
