As a Caller for Petro's Service Dispatch department, you will be the one our customers rely on to get service when they need it! You will resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust technician workload as necessary.


 

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate superior Problem Solving skills, excellence in Customer Service, and solid Interpersonal Skills. Candidates must also be comfortable with the MS Office Suite, MS Outlook, and Web navigation. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
