Central Services Supervisor

This position's primary responsibilities are to manage the Central Services team and to support the St. Paul divisions by managing the accurate maintenance of the Customer Master file.

Main Responsibilities:
Manage the Central Services Team: Central Services Coordinator and 7 Central Services Rep.
Responsible for hiring, coaching, training, and developing staff, including the Talent Pipeline performance and IDP management.
Develop, maintain and monitor Central Services policies.
Participate and oversee timely completion of Central Services month end activities to ensure proper revenue cut off.
Provide work direction to the Central Services team to consistently achieve the service level objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate customer file purges quarterly and provide information to the divisions on purged customers as requested.
Actively seeking process improvements that will positively impact the productivity and quality of Central Services functions.
Responsible for ensuring a large percentage of the Ecolab accounts addresses are standard per the Post office rules and that they have a GEO Code aligned to them.
Responsible for follow up needed to correct address information when invoice, statements or MSDS are returned by the post office for insufficient or inaccurate mailing address.
Design test plans, and perform QA testing of system enhancements
Providing requested reports and necessary analysis on the projects assigned.
Completion of other special projects as assigned.

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Business or related concentration.
2+ years of supervisory experience.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
High attention to results and details.
Solid working ability with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
Strong sense of urgency with ability to meet deadlines and respond to issues in a timely manner.
