Central Station Manager

A Charlotte securities company has an excellent career opportunity for a Call Center Manager in our Alarm Monitoring Department.

 

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

 Prepare work schedules, procedures and signal processing responsibilitiesMonitor alarm and telephone activity and response timesMentor, train and coach employeesIssue instructions to ensure adherence to policies/procedures and quality standardsResearch, troubleshoot and document signal and system errorsOversee completion of equipment checklist and systems testingPrepares various productivity, labor and other reports

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

?  2 years experience in the alarm industry, Emergency Dispatch Operator preferred

?  1 year supervisory experience

?  Alarm signal processing experience

?  Ability to analyze and interpret problems

?  Ability to work independently, with little supervision

?  Ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers

?  Good performance evaluations and attendance record
