Chargeback Representative

Chargeback Representative is responsible for reviewing incoming credit card chargebacks for accuracy and supporting documentation.  Utilizing various software applications, the Chargeback Representative is responsible for exchanging information between the company, cardholders, banks and the credit card Associations.  Responsible for processing outgoing representments on behalf of the merchant or bank ensuring accurate and timely resolution as well as adherence to the Association rules. Position also responsible for responding to retrieval requests by preparing a sustitute document or obtaining a copy of the sales draft from the merchant. 

 

Minimum 2 years experience in chargeback processing and dispute resolution and 2 years Customer Service experience.  Working knowledge of MasterCom and Visa ROL Applications is desirable. Trouble shooting and technical aptitude are essential.  Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and windows applications are required. Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills, and have the ability to work well as a team member.
