We are currently seeking Full-Time "Sales Associates" for our Cingular Wireless  stores located in First Colony Mall, Deerbrook Mall, Woodlands Mall and Baybrook Mall locations to help us continue our mission of becoming best in the wireless community in five areas: "partnerships, reputation, integrity, management, employees." Job Summary: The Retail Sales Associate (RSA) will be responsible for assisting new and existing customers with the purchase of telecommunications/technology products and services. This individual must consistently achieve sales, revenue and income objectives, while meeting or exceeding monthly quotas. The RSA will work with appropriate departments or business partners to ensure that high levels of customer satisfaction are met in every area. The RSA also is responsible for store appearance and various aspects of office administration, as well as assisting in special projects assigned by the supervisor or other duties as assigned by management. Other responsibilities include cash handling, daily deposits and inventory procedures. The RSA must maintain a personal "Secret Shopper" score of 90 or above and must maintain proper sales paperwork and reporting.

 

To qualify for the RSA position, candidates must have:High school equivalency 1+ year of sales and customer service experience, preferably in the technology industry Strong people skills and enthusiasm. Good decision-making skills and developed analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as well as cover additional shifts Excellent oral/written communications and interpersonal skills Computer literacy Ability to prioritize a heavy workload and remain organized
