Job Responsibilities: 


Performs support activities for the Claims Research department: data entry, letters creation and  general office duties.

Creates and maintains files and filing systems. 

Participates in all team processes and activities.

Consistently maintains production and quality expectations.


 




Job Qualifications:


Knowledge of Nice, RIMS, REVA and other PacifiCare applications.

Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Prior medical claims experience.

Knowledge of Excel and Word.

High school graduate or equivalent.

Ability to work with office equipment.

Ability to maintain production and quality goals.

Team player.
