Job Responsibilities:



Research and assist in the resolution of authorization and claims payment issues.


Function as a liaison with the necessary entities to resolve claims payment issues, including Corporate Customer Service, Care Managers, Provider Relations, Provider Services, Providers, Health Plans and UBH Administration. 


 




Job Qualifications:


Good communication skills.

Good organizational skills.

Must be flexible.

Customer focused.

High school or equivalent experience.

College degree helpful, especially in accounting or business.

1-3 years business experience preferably in health care.

Insurance experience helpful.

Standards for processing accuracy and turnaround time must be met.
