Classified/Transactional Support Supervisor

This position is responsible for the direct supervision of a team of six Classifieds (Transactional) Support Representatives. In this leadership role the supervisor will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction "beyond the norm" through role modeling and coaching expected behaviors. Additionally, the focus will be on increased performance, quality standards, training, career coaching, and departmental goal planning.  This challenging role requires confident management skills and solution-driven results that enable optimal performance of individuals and team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and leadership skills and will be very detail-oriented. The supervisor must be a self-starter, be well organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to effectively interact with other internal and external departments in the company. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have 3+ years customer contact / account management leadership experience.

The role will be expected to exercise sound judgment within broadly defined practices and policies; regularly interact with all levels of management, staff, other organizations within and outside the company, and customers. This is a management position that reports to the Customer Support Manager. This role will cover the core hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday, with the understanding that shift times will vary due to operational needs.
